When will my order be shipped?
We expect to ship out orders for L1 in Q1 2025. Please stay tuned to our social media channels and newsletter for updates.
When do I pay the balance?
We will reach out to you once your bike is ready to ship to collect the balance payment. We expect this to be in early Q1 2025.
Can I get a deposit refund if I change my mind?
Yes. If you change your mind, we offer a 100% refund on your deposit any time before your order is shipped, no questions asked. You can request for the refund by contacting our customer service at support@eviebikes.com.
How may kids can I carry on my L1?
L1 fits up to 2 standard childseats.
What accessories do you offer with L1?
We offer the following optional accessories - rear rack protector, front basket, child seat adaptor (only required for Thule Yepp Nexxt 2 maxi, Thule Yepp 2 maxi, and Thule Yepp maxi Easyfit), rear rack cushion, storage box, and raincover. You will have the option of purchasing these upon making the full payment for your order.
What's covered by the 2-year warranty?
All our products come with a 2-year warranty in the EU and UK. More information can be found at https://eviebikes.com/pages/warranty.
Are purchases made through dealers covered by warranty?
Yes, purchases made from authorized dealers are covered under warranty. Purchases from a 3rd party may only be covered by warranty up to the 2 years from the initial purchase date.
Where are the bikes shipped from?
All orders in the EU and UK are shipped directly from our warehouse in The Netherlands. If you're buying from a dealer, local pickup from their shop will be arranged.
Why are your bikes certified by TÜV SÜD?
We ensure that all our bikes are made with quality and are compliant to EU standards. TÜV SÜD is a global technical service provider headquarted in Munich specializing in testing, certification, auditing, and advisory services. The goal of these services is to ensure that products, systems, and processes meet specific safety, quality, and environmental standards.
What is EV-Secure?
EV-Secure is a complementary service that enables GPS tracking, remote notifications, and notifications via the EVIE App. An on-bike data service will be activated to allow communication with our cloud servers.
What frame sizes do you offer?
We currently offer a single frame size for our bikes in order to ensure optimal comfort and ergonomics.
How can I claim my tree from Tree-Nation?
We partner with Tree-Nation to plant a tree for every bike sold. You will receive an email with details about the project that you supported and a certificate for your tree. More details about our involvement and environmental impact can be found here.
