Every bike comes with a 2 year warranty*.

This warranty applies to the bike and is transferable to another owner. In this case, the warranty still expires 2 years after the bike was first purchased from us. All replacement parts or repairs done will be covered under the bike’s original warranty, and will expire at the same time as the original bike’s warranty.

Warranty claims must be made directly to EVIE Bikes by contacting our customer service, or an EVIE Bikes authorised representative. If a warranty claim is accepted, we reserve the right to provide a replacement (not necessarily identical) or make reasonable efforts to repair any defective part(s) or component(s) according to our discretion.

The warranty applies to EVIE bikes intended for use within the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. We have no warranty obligations if the bike is used outside of these countries.

We reserve the right to update and modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any printed version thereof, the most current version of these terms and conditions as published on our website shall take precedence.

EVIE bikes are in full compliance with the European Standard for EPAC bicycles EN15194:2017.

* A 3 year warranty policy applies for all bikes sold in Spain
