Decent bike with poor service response

Bought this bike a week ago, already started having issues with front brake making a loud sound when braking while not actually helping to stop the bike. Battery draining very fast, with only able to ride ~30 KM with one full charge (at pas 3). Started hearing annoying cracking sound as I am pedalling. Also had issues with their Evie secure app, however, that atleast was resolved. Trying to contact support but they reply in two days and then again silence for a couple of days and no action plan. No solution until now and also no option to contact them except by email and chat which is taking forever.
