Our process begins with conceptualization. Here, ideas are born from a combination of cyclist feedback, market research, and forward-thinking vision.
With a blueprint in hand, our design team starts bringing the concept to life. Using advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software, we create digital models that offer the first glimpse of what will eventually become a physical bike.
We prototype and iterate.
Once the digital design meets our rigorous standards, we move to prototyping. Here, 3D printing and CNC machining play crucial roles, allowing us to create physical prototypes quickly and accurately.
These prototypes are more than just models; they are fully functional bikes that are rigorously tested for performance, durability, and safety.

Our designers work passionate to reduce visual clutter and communicate a premium feel through finishing, attention to detail, and color.
We also pay close attention to paint and finishing - testing out different paints with the final result being up to 3x more durable than traditional paint options. Welding marks are also carefully polished off to give off a sophisticated, beautiful look.
