High quality and good security system.

It's a great looking bike with some really cool features, like sensor-detection and the app with theft system. I see quite often people turning their heads just to try to make out what kind of bike I have and friends and colleagues keep talking about my cute bike. I ride about 100km a week and have nothing to complain about.

Good bike!

I guess due to Christmas, theres bit of delay of delivering the bike. But for now, the bike is working well and no complaints on that.

Just courier issues but great bike!

Bike is great and is hell of a lot of fun to drive around. Ordering took really long. The originally estimated 5-7 days delivery time extended to more than 2 weeks. Customer Service was nice and fast to respond.

What's covered by the 2-year warranty?

All our products come with a 2-year warranty in the EU and UK. More information can be found at https://eviebikes.com/pages/warranty. 

Are purchases made through dealers covered by warranty?

Yes, purchases made from authorized dealers are covered under warranty. Purchases from a 3rd party may only be covered by warranty up to the 2 years from the initial purchase date.

Where are the bikes shipped from?

All orders in the EU and UK are shipped directly from our warehouse in The Netherlands. If you're buying from a dealer, local pickup from their shop will be arranged.

How soon can I expect to receive my bike after ordering?

We ship out all orders daily from our warehouse. Shipping times will differ depending on location, with an estimated delivery date of 3 - 7 working days. You will be notified of any updates to your delivery status.

Why are your bikes certified by TÜV SÜD?

We ensure that all our bikes are made with quality and are compliant to EU standards. TÜV SÜD is a global technical service provider headquarted in Munich specializing in testing, certification, auditing, and advisory services. The goal of these services is to ensure that products, systems, and processes meet specific safety, quality, and environmental standards.

What is EV-Secure?

EV-Secure is a complementary service that enables GPS tracking, remote notifications, and notifications via the EVIE App. An on-bike data service will be activated to allow communication with our cloud servers.

What frame sizes do you offer?

We currently offer a single frame size for our bikes in order to ensure optimal comfort and ergonomics.

How can I claim my tree from Tree-Nation?

We partner with Tree-Nation to plant a tree for every bike sold. You will receive an email with details about the project that you supported and a certificate for your tree. More details about our involvement and environmental impact can be found here.
