Replacing the chain on EVIE S1 and T1

Components
Step 1
Remove the cable tie clip on the bike frame. Make sure to store it safely for later use.
Step 2
Unplug the connector of the motor on the chain stay.
Step 3
Remove the rubber caps on both sides of the rear wheel. Make sure to store them safely for later use.
Step 4
Loosen the nuts on both sides of the rear wheel using 15mm wrench. You do not need to remove the nuts completely
Step 5
Remove the rear wheel by detaching it from the frame
Step 6
Use the chain tool to push the rivet out of the chain to break the chain so that it can be removed
Step 7
Install the new chain on the front and rear cog
Step 8
Connect the new chain together by inserting the rivet pin into the chain by using the chain tool
Step 9
Re-attach the rear wheel. If the nut was removed, carefully assemble it back in the order show
Step 10
Tighten the nuts on both sides of the rear wheel
Step 11
Attach the stored rubber caps back on both sides of the rear wheel
Step 12
Carefully re-connect the cable. Use the arrow markings on the cable to align the connectors.
Step 13
Clip in the cable tie of the hub motor wire that is located along the chain stay.
